The Best Homemade (All Natural) Coffee Frappuccino
So, yes. I subscribe to the (85%) Paleo, (often) gluten-free life. Sooner or later I'll share my reasons and the story of my journey, but for now all you need to know is that this is the BEST coffee creation ever concocted.
1. It's easy.
2. It won't make you feel bad.
3. It tastes amaaaaazing.
A few notes: I prefer to use cold-brewed coffee (which you can easily make at home), but sometimes I just refrigerate hot coffee.
Pretend I'm better than that, please.
This guy is also free of any added sweeteners. The banana adds the perfect amount which is good timing since apparently Starbuck's new summer drinks are sugar bombs. Not my version! Low sugar + healthy fats + caffeine (I'm a fan, yeah) = regulated energy with no sugar crashes.
And did I mention it tastes amazing?
THE BEST HOMEMADE COFFEE FRAPPUCCINO
Yield 1 serving
1/2 cup cold brew coffee
1/3 cup almond milk (plain)
2 tablespoons coconut cream
1/2 frozen banana
handful of ice
Optional: 1 TBSP cocao powder or a few dashes of cinnamon
Blend it up, baby!
